Terms & Conditions

A.    At least seven days notice is required for the menu and approximate number of diner's, otherwise full choice of menu cannot be provided.

B.    Final number of diners, time of dining, time that tea is required and any special dietry requirements must be given at least 24 hours before the meeting as any changes may be charged for

C.    Numbers of less than 20 will be subject to a £10 surcharge plus VAT

D.    No allowance is available if the number of diners falls below the number ordered, but five extra meals over the number ordered will be available, (2 extra meals if 15 or less) if required

E.    Table plans, when applicable, must be submitted no less than 24 hours before the meeting.   Table layouts will not be changed on the day of the meeting.

F.    Accounts to be settled on the day of the function unless prior arrangements are made.    Cheques returned unpaid by the bank will be subject to a £6 charge.

G.    Waitress should be allowed to clear coffee cups not more than 20 minutes after coffee is served, otherwise any additional staff costs will be passed onto the Lodge.   Your Co-Operation its appreciated.

H.    All items on this menu are subject to availability.   Some items on this menu may contain nuts.

I.    All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
